What does your role as HR Business Partner look like?
As an HR Business Partner at First Impression, you have a crucial role within our organization, contribute to building one team of enthusiastic professionals who enjoy their work.
80% HR Business Partner: together with our other HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the AVenturers and managers of assigned teams within the organization. With your strong people skills, you quickly notice when someone could use some extra attention. You are a supportive listener for employees and assist Teamleads in strengthening their people-focused skills, helping them create a pleasant and productive work environment. You proactively contribute to the development of a positive company culture and ensure that AVenturers feel supported in their personal and professional growth.
20% Lead HR Team: in addition to your role as HR Business Partner, you’ll also take a lead role within the HR team. You inspire and motivate the Talent Support Specialists, Talent Project Coordinator and the other HR Business Partner. You foster a work environment where team members feel recognized and valued, supporting their professional development. You are both strategically and personally engaged, helping the team grow and excel together.
It’s all about (your) experience
- At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in working with and advising various levels within an organization, from employees to managers.
- An empathetic mindset and excellent listening skills; you quickly identify needs and can anticipate on those.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you can adapt to different roles and address challenging topics effectively.
- Experience in a leadership or coaching role within HR is a plus.
