Your role as a Junior Service Technician

As a Junior Service Technician, you are a crucial member of our Service team. In this role you will undergo a thorough onboarding program under the guidance of an experienced technician. After this period, you will work independently to solve audiovisual problems for our clients. When you have completed an MBO education in a technical field, you are ready to kick-start your career in the world of audiovisual technology.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of audiovisual systems.
  • Diagnosing malfunctions and resolving them effectively.
  • Working customer-oriented and ensuring an excellent service experience.
  • Traveling independently with your own service van, visiting various locations.

It’s all about (your) experience

  • Completed MBO education in a technical field (for example: Electrical Engineering, ICT or Audiovisual Engineering).
  • Affinity for audiovisual systems is a plus.
  • Technical insight and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B).
