What does your role as Manager of Operations look like?

As Manager of Operations, you are the driving force behind our planners, service and installation technicians in the Netherlands and abroad. You are also responsible for external installation and service partners. You know how to motivate teams and develop talents. Together with your team you ensure that our customers can always count on installations and high-quality service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Inspire, direct and coach our planners, service and installation technicians so they can perform at their best.
  • Establish and improve processes to take operational efficiency and customer satisfaction to the next level.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of external technical partners, both within the Netherlands and internationally.
  • Monitoring schedules, tracking progress and ensuring quality of installations, service and maintenance.
  • Connecting internal teams, such as sales, project management, logistics and service, to greatly contribute to “operational excellence” and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

It’s all about (your) experience

  • You will have at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or operational environment.
  • Knowledge of the audiovisual industry is a big plus.
  • Experience in managing and developing technical teams.
  • A strong network within the technical sector, preferably international.
  • Excellent coaching skills; you know how to get the best out of people.
  • Good command of at least Dutch and English; ideally also French.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
