What does your role look like?

As Project Manager Retail at First Impression, you are ultimately responsible for the realization of digital signage projects for our retail clients. You are proactive, communicatively strong and have a talent for planning and coordination. Managing multiple projects simultaneously comes naturally to you, as does aligning with clients, construction partners, logistics teams, and installation technicians. Together, you ensure that everything is completed on time and within the available budget. Additionally, you can count on the support of internal specialists, with whom you will work closely.

Your responsibilities:

  • Setting up and monitoring a tight project schedule with proactive communication to all external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensuring the overall quality of the project;
  • Keeping a sharp eye on budget efficiency and project margins;
  • Timely identification, reporting and resolution of project bottlenecks in terms of budget, quality, engineering and schedule;
  • Timely identification of additional work and addressing this to the Account Manager;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners;
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement and evaluation of the project, sharing and implementing learnings in collaboration with your Manager.

It’s all about (your)experience

We believe you’re ready when you:

  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a Project Management role;
  • Experience with retail projects is a plus;
  • AV knowledge or affinity with the industry is a plus;
  • Possess strong communication skills and talent for stakeholder management;
  • Are organizationally strong and know how to prioritize;
  • Are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

And, last but not least: feel comfortable in a dynamic market and organization.
