Your mission as Sales Support Events

In the role of Sales Support for our Events Team, you will be the primary point of contact for our client managers, providing support in various ways. You make an important contribution to projects by assisting with order processing, preparing quotations and contracts, monitoring project schedules and documenting project information. In addition to administrative support, you will also fulfill a technical and creative advisory role. You are able to identify and exploit commercial opportunities. While you will primarily collaborate with the Events team, you are also the point of contact for other departments and stakeholders at First Impression. This includes maintaining close communication with teams such as Finance, Project Management and Creative.

You communicate clearly, whether it’s with colleagues or clients. You are naturally fluent in Dutch, as well as in English (both spoken and written). With your persuasive skills, you know how to get everyone on board.You are a team player and next to that extremely customer-oriented.

Your passion for technology and events is what makes you the perfect fit for this job. You are technically savvy, have knowledge of (AV) materials, and can anticipate customer needs even before they express them. Your enthusiasm is noticable and contagious to those around you. When needed, you will gladly roll up your sleeves and assist during the final stages of construction. Contributing to exclusive (inter)national top events is what brings you joy.
