About your role
As Teamlead Solution Design & Integration, you’ll work closely with the team to develop technically advanced solutions for our clients. You are responsible for leading the team, facilitating collaboration, and aligning with the workflows of our other teams that are involved in client projects.
The Solution Design & Integration team is engaged in client projects from start to finish: from translating client requirements into technical solutions to enginering and programming both hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Leading the team, and ensuring efficient collaboration both within the team and with other project teams.
- Empowering your team members, supporting their growth within the team and in their individual roles.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with First Impression’s vision.
- In addition to your leadership skills, you bring a pragmatic approach and play an active role in tackling complex client projects.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching and leadership, or a strong potential for developing leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in technical advisory roles within the AV sector.
- In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, including digital signage, audio, video and control systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into tangible realizations.
