In collaboration with Nail It Events and TotalEnergies Antwerp, we combined atmosphere, show, and impact into one unforgettable New Year’s corporate event. A magical blend of light, sound, and experience for 850 guests — the perfect way to kick off the year.

From empty venue to enchanting winter setting

A warm welcome and an immersive, festive night

We turned the spacious Waagnatie into a mesmerising winter wonderland. Guests were welcomed amid glowing light elements that set the tone for the day. On the hospitality square, colleagues enjoyed a cosy dinner in a wintery setting. As the daytime programme came to an end, a massive curtain dropped — the cue for the evening festivities.
Behind the curtain: a spectacular stage, dynamic light shows, powerful audio, CO₂ jets, sparklers, stage flames, and live DJs. Every element contributed to a fully immersive experience.
