As part of a multi-year partnership, we created a shared stand for Prijsvrij and D-reizen at Het Vakantie Festival. Not your typical trade fair, but a travel lifestyle event where travel inspiration, entertainment and interactive experiences come together. So no standard stand either, just one shared space that amplifies the festival feeling and seamlessly brings both brands together.
No straightforward setup. Across 200 m², we combined technology, custom stand construction and eye-catching elements into a setting that immediately feels different. Open, energetic and designed to welcome visitors.
The concept wasn’t developed from a distance. Our concept designer was involved from day one. Sketching together, instantly visualising what’s meant. No lengthy translations from idea to design, just sharp, from the get-go. We carried that approach through into detailed renders. This gave Prijsvrij and D-reizen a clear picture of the stand early in the process. No surprises after the fact. Just speed, clarity and confidence at every step.
At the heart of the stand: a large curved LED display with digital content. No static prints, content that can be updated in no time. This way, each part of the day could effortlessly take on a different theme or destination. We also added a touch display with gamification, giving visitors the chance to win a prize. A real crowd-puller that continuously attracted and engaged people. That energy carried through to the rest of the stand. With exhibition and show lighting, crystal-clear sound, and microphones, everything was set for presentations and talks. Completed with a custom-built DJ booth.
And behind the scenes? Always one of our technicians on hand.
Printed custom stand walls, a bespoke podium with rounded edges and brand identity elements, a raised floor with carpet and a light sand-grain finish for that beach feel, and a fully custom-designed Bali swing. Elements that don’t just dress the stand, they give it character. Together with styling, hospitality furniture and a flexible back wall that can be reused for future events, every detail came together into an environment that’s considered down to the last inch.
