Who we are
First Impression is an audiovisual systems integrator. Using technology, creativity, and smart solutions, we create impactful experiences for brands around the world, from stores and showrooms to other physical spaces where the experience takes center stage.
We do this with more than 220 AVenturers®, spread across various teams and disciplines. Our clients include Basic-Fit, Rituals, Volvo, KPN, Jumbo, and SPAR.
What sets us apart? An open and down-to-earth culture where we help each other, take responsibility, and work together to get things done. We love to get things done, but we think it’s just as important to enjoy what you do.
Your role as a resource planner
As a resource planner on the planning team, you ensure that our technicians are deployed as effectively as possible. You create the daily schedule for our installation and service technicians. In doing so, you’ll take into account availability, expertise, location, and the scheduled work. You’ll also share responsibility for content planning: you’ll ensure that the right digital content appears at the right time on the right displays and at the right locations. To do this, you’ll work with our CMS platforms. No prior experience with these systems is required, we’ll teach you how they work.
You’ll be in frequent contact with project managers, technicians, fellow planners, and clients. After all, a schedule is never completely set in stone. A project might run over, someone might drop out, or an urgent job might come up. You’ll adapt quickly, set the right priorities, and make sure the schedule is back on track.
It’s important to work with precision. You’ll implement changes in the systems, keep the records up to date, and ensure that everyone knows where they stand. At the same time, you’ll remain flexible when things don’t go as planned.
