Step inside Gooiland in Hilversum – an event venue where rich history meets high-tech. Each year, over 100 business events take place in this listed building. Since 2023, we’ve been the dedicated AV partner, making sure every event not only looks and sounds flawless, but leaves a lasting impression too.
A venue with character deserves technology that amplifies it. Gooiland wanted to refresh its spaces with AV solutions that give clients the freedom to tell their stories their way. We were brought on to handle the full AV setup – with a clear goal: technology that’s easy to theme and helps organizations, from companies and government agencies to associations – bring their message to life visually.
Since 2023, we’ve been building steadily. Each year, we ask ourselves: what can be smarter, sleeker, more powerful? The result is a venue that keeps evolving and gives every client a truly unique experience.
The Gooiland theater is fully designed for professional use, retaining its charm. The entire setup is built around LED screens, creating a 100% brandable space that instantly adapts to any event theme. The large screen provides a stunning backdrop for visual storytelling, drawing the audience in.
Acoustics and audio systems are fine-tuned for clarity and impact, even in a packed room. And for events that want more than just strong content, the theater offers full show capability: dramatic lighting, special effects, and creative transitions that turn a keynote into an experience.
At Gooiland, it’s all about experience – and the story behind every event. That’s why we provide the visuals, sound, and tools clients need to brand their event from start to finish.
Gooiland features 13 different spaces – from the cozy Cineac cinema to the versatile Showroom – all multifunctional, modular, and fully upgraded. Several rooms have been redesigned for better flow, displays are seamlessly integrated into the walls, and the audio setup has been upgraded for improved coverage and speech intelligibility.
To keep every event running smoothly, a fixed First Impression team is always on-site. A video technician manages visuals and control, while a project manager handles the technical prep in detail. They respond quickly, think proactively, and ensure everything’s in place before the first guest arrives – so Gooiland can keep its focus on hospitality.
