Your AVenture® as a Retail Project Manager

As a Retail Project Manager at First Impression, you are ultimately responsible for the execution of digital signage projects for our retail clients. You have initiative, communication skills and excel at planning and coordinating. You effortlessly manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate with customers, construction partners, logistics and installation technicians. Together you ensure that everything is delivered on time and within budget. In doing so, you work closely with specialist colleagues, who support you where necessary.

This is what your job duties will look like:

  • Set up and tightly monitor the project schedule, including clear communication to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure constant quality control in the project;
  • Being sharp on project cost and margin, with a focus on cost efficiency;
  • Early detection, reporting and resolution of problems in the areas of planning, quality, technology or budget;
  • Recognize additional work in a timely manner and pass it on to the Account Manager;
  • Proactive relationship management with clients and regular cooperation partners;
  • Continuously contribute to improving and evaluating projects, and share insights gained with your Manager to optimize future projects.

It’s all about (your) experience

We think you are ready for this role if you:

  • Bringing an HBO working and thinking level;
  • Have at least three years of experience in a Project Management role;
  • Have experience with retail projects (preferred);
  • Have AV knowledge or affinity for audiovisual solutions (preferred);
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and is strong in stakeholder management;
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, orally and in writing;
