Your role as a Content Marketer

As a Content Marketer at First Impression you will build our brand in the Benelux, Germany and France. You translate strategy into content that moves: inspiring, relevant and focused on results. From online campaigns and blogs to social posts and landing pages-anything that makes our vision tangible and emphasizes our thought leadership. Together with a team of specialists (CCO, PR & Communications Manager, Brand Marketer, Marketing Creative and your fellow Content Marketer) you work on projects that make an impact on brand perception, visibility and growth.

Your responsibilities:

Storytelling & social impact

  • Conceive and create content that brings our stories to life, from short copy and blog posts to newsletters.
  • You will manage our social channels: planning, advertising and content creation with an eye for brand and target audience.
  • Contribute to recognition, visibility and thought leadership through surprising formats.

Campaigns that convert

  • Translate strategy into content that generates leads and builds brand preference.
  • Collaborate on lead and nurture campaigns and build smart flows with our automation expert.
  • You ensure a consistent tone-of-voice throughout the funnel.

Web as content hub

  • Manage and optimize web content (WordPress), paying attention to content, structure and performance.
  • You spot opportunities, fill content gaps and write SEO-proof pages that fit our tone-of-voice.
  • Perform (multilingual) audits and write with conversion in mind.

Results & growth

  • Measuring and analyzing content performance and translating insights into targeted improvements. Because great content is only valuable if it works.
  • Testing different formats, angles and channels for maximum impact.
  • You take ownership of projects and dare to challenge. You monitor both quality and progress.

It’s all about (your) experience

You are our ideal Content Marketer if you can tick off about 80% of these points:

Experience & skills

  • You effortlessly create compelling content that connects with our international audiences.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, communications or similar role.
  • Duties are performed at the college level or higher.

Tools & techniques

  • From subject line to call-to-action, email marketing is in your grasp.
  • Experience with WordPress, smart flows and marketing automation (pre).
  • Skilled in working with AI tools and writing smart prompts. Building AI agents is a plus.
  • Another plus: editing short, creative videos for snackable (social) content.

Language & communication

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Do you also speak German or French? Then you’ll score bonus points.
  • Able to brief and inspire creative professionals and colleagues.
  • You can write SEO-proof as if it were the most natural thing in the world. In doing so, you never lose sight of the appeal of good text.

Personal approach

  • You tackle projects independently, with an overview and guts.
  • Combines creativity with a keen eye for brand and target audience.
