In just seven weeks, 267 gas stations across the Benelux got a flavour upgrade. A new Lavazza coffee corner, more premium, more consistent, and fully in line with the brand’s Italian roots. Together with Premium Coffee Group and ITAB quick stops became quality breaks in a connected, digital-first experience.
When Premium Coffee Group decided to refresh the Lavazza offering at gas stations, one thing was clear: the new setup had to embody the premium nature of the brand. Gone were the dated machines and generic setups. In came a sleek new furniture line designed by ITAB, customized with one or two digital displays depending on the size of the station.
267 stations, 7 weeks. That’s a tight schedule. With smart logistics, smooth preproduction at our HQ, and a close collaboration with ITAB, it worked perfectly. While ITAB handled the physical setup, we added the digital layer, installing one or two displays per location depending on the furniture design.
Each display was installed using our Smart Deployment App, ensuring a uniform setup across all locations. Once live, our team could instantly connect and monitor remotely, checking performance, content, and health from a distance. Smooth, smart, and future-ready.
