Your AVenture® as a Remote Support Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for the structured acceptance, processing and handling of malfunction and service requests from our customers. You will be the first point of contact (first line troubleshooting). You are a real helpdesk, through your responsiveness and commitment you ensure that customers feel heard immediately. You handle service requests professionally, according to the contract agreements with the customer. Together with the customer you try to solve the problem. If that fails, you take the appropriate follow-up steps very quickly. You will involve specialized colleagues and monitor the turnaround time of the tickets. We also expect you to be alert to recurring or common issues and areas for improvement. By identifying these in time and addressing them, you and your team ensure continuous improvement.

- You understand how to speak to customers (by phone) in a professional and helpful manner.
- Your stress-resistance and solution-oriented nature enable you to bring every request to a successful conclusion.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Should you additionally be proficient in another foreign language, that would be a nice bonus.
- We expect a great deal of enthusiasm, complemented by a passion for technology.
