Your role

As Art Director, you translate strategy and creative concepts into strong visual directions for client projects. You develop recognizable styles and formats that move brands forward, working closely with designers and motion designers. With your sense of design, storytelling and innovation, you ensure that all output excels in quality and consistency.

You’ll be the AI architect of our creative workflow: exploring new tools, integrating generative systems into our productions, and helping the team work smarter, faster and more visually powerful.

This is what you will do

  • Translate creative concepts into strong visual directions, styles and systems
  • Develop visual frameworks that are scalable in design, motion and AI outputs
  • Training and fine-tuning AI styles and workflows (image, motion, audio, text)
  • Integrate AI tools within creative pipelines (e.g. Photoshop, After Effects, Unreal Engine)
  • Inspire, mentor and challenge designers and motion designers
  • Experimenting with new forms of storytelling through generative technology
  • Ensuring a recognizable aesthetic signature within the Creative Studio
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director (concept) and Manager (innovation & process)

You bring

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a creative studio or agency
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Sora, Krea, ChatGPT or similar)
  • Understanding of AI workflows: prompt design, model fine-tuning, image-to-motion, style consistency
  • A keen eye for perception, color, typography and composition
  • Ability to inspire, direct and grow creatives
  • Curiosity about technology and how it can raise the creative bar
  • A vision of the future of creative production: scalable, generative, intelligent
