First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. This is how we connect people, moments and brands. We work with leading clients such as Basic-Fit, Rituals, Volvo, KPN, Jumbo and SPAR. With a team of over 220 experience experts, our AVenturers®, we put everything under the sign of experience. It’s all about experience.

What will you do as a Front Office Employee?

Everyone who walks through the doors of First Impression should leave as an ambassador. And that starts with you! From taking their coat to preparing the perfect cup of coffee: you do it all with a smile.

As the face of First Impression, you have a natural and warm presence that surprises everyone you meet. Your creativity ensures that every visit becomes a unique experience. Even returning clients are impressed time and time again because you know them by name, show genuine interest, and create an atmosphere that feels like a warm welcome home.

In addition to receiving guests in our beautiful reception area, you’ll take on various other tasks, such as managing your agenda, arranging travel for colleagues, organizing internal events, answering the phone, and supporting colleagues wherever possible. Of course, our guests always come first.

You won’t be doing this alone, you will share responsibilities with another Front Office Employee. Together, you divide the days and occasionally work side by side to elevate our hospitality level with new ideas and initiatives. You also jointly manage the schedule for our Experience Center, for example.

Who you are

What we find most important is a large dose of enthusiasm, passion, and presence. In addition, we are looking for someone who can take our hospitality to the next level by bringing the following:

  • An eye for detail: the logo on a glass is always facing the right direction.
  • The element of surprise: “Wow! That’s amazing! How did you come up with that?”
  • A healthy amount of assertiveness: you manage the Experience Center’s schedule with an eye for creating the best client experience.
  • A natural conversationalist: talking to you feels like knowing each other for years.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English: we welcome many international clients as well.
