First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. What will you do as Lead Account Support?

You will lead the Account Support team responsible for the day-to-day support of our sales department. You divide tasks, monitor deadlines and ensure quality and smooth cooperation. You report directly to the Sales Director.

In addition, you work actively yourself. You process orders, draw up quotations and contracts and supervise the order monitor. You also ensure correct invoicing and maintain contact with internal departments such as Project Management, Service and Finance.

You provide structure to the team, identify bottlenecks and push improvements where needed.

It’s all about (your) experience

What you meet:

  • Completed education in commerce or administration at a minimum of MBO4 level.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a (sales) inside sales team.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and working in a structured manner.
  • Accurate, reliable and strong at prioritizing.
  • You communicate constructively and clearly.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
