First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. What will you do as Account Support
You act as the first point of contact for our international customers. Moreover, you take over a considerable part of the administrative tasks from the sales managers. You support in processing orders and preparing quotations and contracts.
In addition, you carefully monitor the order monitor and take care of the invoicing of international AV projects. Besides being the point of contact for external contacts, you also help organize internal meetings and answer questions from colleagues by email and phone. As a result, you maintain frequent contact with various teams within First Impression, such as Finance, Project Management and Service.
It’s all about (your) experience
What you fulfill:
- You have completed an education in commerce or administration at at least MBO4 level.
- Several years of work experience in a similar position within business services is highly desirable.
- You are proficient in the English language both orally and in writing.
- Thanks to your experience, you are used to working in a structured way and have knowledge of ERP systems.
- Accuracy and reliability are characteristic of you.
- Your ability to prioritize is excellent, even on hectic days.
- You communicate in a constructive and positive manner.
- Last but not least, you feel comfortable in a dynamic market and organization.
