What will you do as a Finance Assistant

As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for accounts receivable management and support Account Support (part of team Sales) administratively. You are part of the Finance & Control team and monitor the financial processes surrounding our international customers, ensuring smooth cooperation between Finance and Sales. You will also provide support to the Financial Controllers, for example with reports, audits and financial analyses.

You have a lot of contact with customers and act as a point of contact for questions about invoices and payments. Together with the Account Support team, you ensure correct and high-quality invoicing for (international) projects. You monitor outstanding items, identify discrepancies and ensure timely follow-up.

In addition, you support the sales organization by streamlining and monitoring administrative processes. You monitor sales KPIs and ensure they are insightful to the organization.

It’s all about (your) experience

What you meet:

  • You have completed an education in a financial or administrative field at a minimum of MBO4 level.
  • You have experience in accounts receivable management and/or financial administration.
  • You are proficient in the English language both orally and in writing. German and French is a plus.
  • You work in a structured manner and have experience with ERP systems.
  • Accuracy and a sense of responsibility are characteristic of you.
  • You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
  • You can prioritize well, even when busy.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international organization.
