LED pillar brings the brand to life

The eye-catcher inside the Lindt flagship store is a four-metre-high LED pillar in the pick & mix zone. It features a custom-made 3D animation that brings Lindt’s pick & mix concept to life. In a clear and playful way, the animation shows how the concept works and invites customers to create their own chocolate mix in-store.

This turns a functional retail area into a lively brand stage. The pillar is fully integrated into the store architecture and tailored to the location, the products and Lindt’s premium brand identity.

Together with digital touchpoints at the Fresh Bar, Master Chocolatier and check-out, it creates a customer journey that keeps engaging. Read more about this project on our case study page.
