Your role as a Technical Repairs Events
Due to expansion for the Events department, we are looking for a colleague for our technical department. You will deal with repair requests that come in to our technical department. It concerns, for example, a defective speaker or an LED screen. Because of all these different repair requests, no day is the same for you!
The following tasks will be your responsibility:
- Diagnose and repair audiovisual equipment, including projectors, displays, audio equipment, players and operating systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of equipment.
- Managing spare parts and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Entry and administrative handling of repairs.
It’s all about (your) experience
We think you are ready for this role if you largely meet the checklist below:
- You have at least a completed MBO education in a technical direction (e.g., electrical engineering/AV/mechatronics).
- Experience within the IT and audiovisual industry in a similar role is a plus.
- Experience with soldering at the component level is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
- You are in possession of driver’s license B.
