As an Account & Content Strategist, you will work with brands like Siemens, Chefs Culinar, and Odido.

What will you do as a Creative Strategist?

In this role, you are responsible for account strategy, creative concepts, and content strategy, guiding the client on their journey toward their desired outcomes.

Whether it’s eye-catching screen content or immersive storytelling in experience centers, we craft experiences that resonate. That’s why we are looking for someone with a strong strategic background combined with creativity and a fresh perspective. Not the way it has always been done, but the way it should be. For the client, for the consumer, with the impact of experience.

Based on client briefings, you define the strategic framework that sets the direction for projects. Your insights form the foundation for developing creative, content, and audiovisual concepts. You understand the power of storytelling, and how brands can stay relevant by telling the right story in the right way, whether through dynamic screen content or through a total experience within an experience center.

As a Creative Strategist, you also bring commercial awareness. You are the primary point of contact for clients on content-related matters and ensure optimal budgeting for all content creation. Of course, you will work closely with our in-house experts: designers, project managers, engineers, and developers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and translate expectations into deliverables
  • Develop concepts and ideas in collaboration with the Creative Director
  • Build and safeguard the overall content strategy
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the client experience

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; agency-side and/or corporate experience is a strong plus
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
  • Affinity with digital (display) communication and technology
