Our team excels in creating and producing all kinds of events, handling every detail of audiovisual technology to perfection. From exciting corporate events and trade shows to exclusive private celebrations, such as grand weddings and intimate ceremonies – we take care of it all! We assist our clients every step of the way: from the initial idea and the design of the boldest audiovisual concepts, to the set-up and take-down.

What will you do?

As a Crewchief, you will be the main point of contact on-site at our events. As soon as you arrive, you take charge of construction and execution. Your colleague has already prepared the preliminary process, so you’re the one who ensures everyhting runs smoothly. You will give clear instructions to your team and make sure everyone knows what their tasks are.

Once everything is clear, you get to work! You’ll assist with setting up stages, installing audiovisual equipment, or solving technical challenges on the spot. This can range from connecting light- and sound systems to making sure everything works perfectly before the event begins.

Additionally, you are flexible in your role. During quieter moments, you can step in as a technician or assist with logistical tasks, such as loading and unloading trailers or preparing equipment. No day is the same, and you enjoy switching between different roles when needed.

What do you bring?

  • Leadership experience or the ambition to grow in this area.
  • Experience with audiovisual equipment.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to switch quickly.
  • No 9-to-5 mentality – events are dynamic!
  • Driver’s license (B) is an advantage.
