Your AVenture® as a Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you are responsible for efficiently receiving, processing, and resolving service and support requests from our clients. As the first point of contact (first-line troubleshooting), you ensure that clients feel heard with your quick response and engagement. You handle service requests professionally, according to the contract agreements with the client. Together with the client, you try to solve the problem. If not, you take the appropriate follow-up steps very quickly. This involves coordinating with specialized colleagues and monitoring ticket turnaround times.

Additionally, we expect you to stay alert to recurring or frequent issues and improvement opportunities. By identifying and addressing these on time, you and your team contribute to continuous improvement.

  • You understand how to communicate with clients (by phone) in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Your resilience and solution-oriented mindset enable you to successfully resolve every request.
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English, in speaking and writing.
  • If you also speak another foreign language, that’s a bonus!
  • We expect plenty of enthusiasm, paired with a passion for technology.
