Your AVenture® as a Customer Support Specialist German-speaking
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers and will be responsible for taking, processing and handling fault and service requests in a structured manner. You play a crucial role in providing first-line troubleshooting, ensuring that customers are helped quickly and professionally. Thanks to your quick responses and commitment, our customers feel heard immediately.
You’ll handle service requests efficiently and professionally, adhering to the client’s contractual agreements. Whenever possible, you’ll work with the client to resolve issues directly. If further action is required, you’ll ensure the appropriate next steps are taken, collaborating closely with specialized colleagues. Additionally, you’ll monitor ticket progress, identify recurring issues, and provide feedback to the team to drive improvements. Your proactive approach contributes to ongoing process optimization.
It’s all about (your) experience
We believe you’re ready if you can check off most of the following:
- You are fluent in German, as well as Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You understand how to communicate professionally and helpfully with clients, both over the phone and in writing.
- Your stress resilience and problem-solving skills ensure every request is handled successfully.
- You bring a lot of enthusiasm, paired with a passion for technology.
