First Impression designs, develops and implements audiovisual concepts and solutions. We digitize spaces by combining digital signage and audiovisual technology with (interactive) content. What will your role look like as a Digital Designer?

As Digital Designer you deliver work that convinces in content, form and technical feasibility.
You communicate directly with (3D) motion designers, developers, creative directors, strategists, project managers, engineers and stakeholders. You move effortlessly from concept to concrete output and ensure that each deliverable is correct, visually, substantively and technically.

AI is playing an increasing role within our creative studio. Experience with generative tools and building AI workflows is not a requirement, but a strong plus. Affinity with AI and curiosity about new methods will help you grow with the team towards tomorrow’s design practice.

Specifically, your duties include:

  • Create digital signage visuals that inform, inspire and activate
  • Explain design choices clearly and persuasively
  • Effortlessly translate concepts to all formats, screens and CMS platforms
  • Quickly visualize ideas and turn them into concrete, workable designs
  • Working with motion designers and developers to bring designs to life

What do you bring?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Designer or Visual Designer
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
  • Portfolio that shows you solve visual challenges, not just make pretty things
  • Results-oriented, structured and with a sense of ownership
  • Able to substantiate design decisions sharply and convincingly
  • Curious about technology and new workflows
  • Affinity with AI, or experience with tools such as Midjourney, Photoshop generative features, Runway or similar, is a strong preference
  • Proactive attitude and an eye for pixel-perfect designs
