What will you do as an IT Support Specialist?

In this role, you will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software for audiovisual projects to ensure everything functions optimally.
  • Identifying and resolving technical IT and AV-related issues on both hardware and software level.
  • Performing recurring system and application checks and patching to guarantee the stability of our digital signage solutions.
  • Implementing security measures and ensuring secure storage and transfer of data, with extra attention to AV content.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the structural optimization of our technical environment.

You are an enthusiastic and proactive professional with a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy solving technical challenges, think in possibilities, and are eager to help colleagues and customers move forward.

In addition, you bring:

  • Proven experience in IT support and/or system administration.
  • At least an MBO level 4+ working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant certifications.
  • Knowledge of network management, system administration, and IT security.
  • A structured way of working combined with a hands-on mentality.
