What you will do as a Junior Accountmanager Experience Spaces

In this role, you will be involved throughout the entire customer journey. You are the main point of contact for our clients within your segment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you through the projects we carry out for our clients. You will conduct commercial conversations, acquire new business in the Benelux, and offer innovative AV solutions. You will learn how to translate customer needs into possibilities and grow into a sparring partner who inspires clients with creative ideas.

Behind the scenes, you also play an essential role. You keep track of your accounts in our CRM system and ensure a complete and accurate handover to the project manager. You collect and structure all relevant information so that our project and service teams can immediately start working. You maintain an overview and communicate clearly about status, finances, and quality within your projects. At the same time, you develop a sharp eye for commercial opportunities, learning to identify them and building your own network of new and existing relationships.

We are looking for someone who aims for both results and experience. Someone who combines commercial skills with knowledge and genuine engagement.

You:

  • Are eager to learn, driven, and have commercial flair
  • Have an interest in AV technology and experience marketing
  • Think at higher vocational (hbo) level
  • Are customer-oriented, persuasive, and have strong empathy
  • Speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • Have a flexible mindset and easily adapt to different situations and conversation partners
