What does your role as Manager of Service look like?
In this position, you will be the driving force of our Service Department, which consists of:
- First-line support: our customer-friendly problem solvers on the front lines.
- Second line support: the technical experts who dig deeper and find smart solutions.
- Network Operations Center (NOC): the heart of our preventive service, where we use remote monitoring to ensure that problems are prevented.
You are responsible for overall service organization: from optimizing processes and inspiring your team to building a solid international service network. After all, we have big ambitions.
Your responsibilities in a row:
- Team leadership: you build a team where everyone feels heard and can develop. You coach employees and ensure a positive working atmosphere.
- Performance improvement: through clever use of data and dashboards, you ensure that response times are reduced and that our service becomes even more efficient.
- Cross-team collaboration: you will connect your department with other teams within First Impression so that together we can provide the best experience for our customers.
- Continuous improvement: you analyze our way of working and come up with concrete improvement plans to continually take our service to the next level.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is firm in his or her feet and a true leader. Furthermore, you are:
- Experienced in service: you have proven experience in a technical service environment and know how to inspire a team.
- Analytical and results-oriented: you love working with data and can translate KPIs into actions.
- A team player with vision: you know how to motivate people, collaborate and create support.
- Affinity with technology: you understand the technical world in which we operate and are quickly at home with new systems and processes.
- Communication strong: you can interact at all levels, from technical staff to management.
