What will you do as Project Manager Roll-out
As Project Manager Roll-out, you will be the force behind the roll-out of audiovisual experience concepts for leading retail and hospitality brands such as Rituals and Basic-Fit. One concept. Hundreds of locations. And you keeping everything and everyone in line. From contractor to account manager. The challenge is not in deep technology, but in numbers, planning and switching between parties. At the same time, it’s important that you understand engineering, so you know what it takes to make the concept land well at each location. You receive a detailed scope of work from the account manager and from then on you make sure that everything and everyone, from contractors to installers and from logistics to technology, work together seamlessly. All within set deadlines and budgets.
Your daily duties include:
- Coordinate the rollout of audiovisual concepts across hundreds of branches
- Coordinate with external parties such as installation companies, contractors and suppliers
- Monitor planning, budget and quality across all locations
- Processing and managing project documentation
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the progress of the rollout process
- Interact internally with account management, logistics, work preparation and planning, among others
