Your role as Teamlead Security & Internal IT
As Teamlead Security & Internal IT, you will be responsible for leading our internal IT team, consisting of six dedicated professionals. You play a crucial role in ensuring and improving IT security within our organization. You have a clear vision on IT security and are able to translate this into concrete projects and actions. In addition, you are hands-on and take the initiative in picking up and implementing security projects.
What will you do?
- Leading the IT team: You inspire and motivate your team members, encourage collaboration and ensure an efficient working environment where everyone can get the best out of themselves.
- Initiate and execute security projects: You will identify areas for improvement in IT security and take the lead in designing and implementing projects to address them.
- Develop and implement IT security policies: You will draft policies in line with the latest IT security developments and best practices and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments: You will work closely with various teams within First Impression to ensure IT security is integral to all processes and projects.
- Continuously improve internal IT processes: You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of internal IT services.
What do you bring?
- Extensive experience in IT security: You have demonstrable experience in setting up and implementing security projects and are aware of the latest developments and trends in this field.
- Leadership Skills: You have experience managing a team and possess strong people skills. You know how to motivate, develop and supervise employees.
- Proactive and hands-on mentality: You take initiative, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and have a solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain complex IT security concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
- Analytical ability: You are able to identify risks, analyze data and make informed decisions based on them.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations: You are aware of the applicable standards and regulations in the field of IT security and know how to apply them within the organization.
