What you will do as Technical Project Coordinator

Within First Impression everything revolves around quality and tight execution. In this role, you will ensure that the technical preparation of our projects is completely in order.

  • Preparing and checking installations, including documentation, FAT planning and project kits
  • Monitor and optimize order templates based on as-built information
  • Proactively engage with engineering, project management and external parties to resolve technical issues and residual issues
  • Answering and documenting technical questions from technicians and supporting complex installations
  • Coordinate rack construction, specials and FAT testing, including preparation, execution and reporting
  • Testing and validating new solutions before implementation
  • Ensure clear, current and standardized technical documentation and processes
  • Assist with specialized system configurations such as LED wall controllers and other AV systems
  • Supervise initial installations and ensure clear transfer to technicians or external partners
  • Flexibly support ad hoc technical issues as needed

You work largely from preparation, quality and overview. Thanks to your practical experience, you see risks early and prevent problems before they arise.

Your duties

  • Projects are fully and correctly prepared, ensuring execution and FAT are carried out without delay
  • Co-responsible for keeping documentation, such as solutions, as-built documents and templates, current, complete and usable for all stakeholders
  • Technical questions are resolved quickly and accurately, keeping projects moving along efficiently
  • Remaining issues are structurally resolved and fed back to appropriate parties
  • New solutions are tested before implementation, preventing errors in the field
  • Internal collaboration with engineering and project management is smooth and proactive
  • Project kits are always complete and checked before installation
  • Initial installations are well supervised and transferred correctly
  • Structural issues are secured and recurrence is prevented

This is you

You have experience within the audiovisual sector and know how technical projects are constructed and executed in practice. As a result, you think ahead, recognize risks in time and prevent mistakes. You switch effortlessly between execution and coordination and feel at home in a role where preparation and quality are key.

Must-haves:

  • Experience in audiovisual or similar relevant industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV installations
  • Understanding how plants are constructed in practice and where errors occur
  • Experience collaborating with various disciplines (engineering, project management, technicians)
  • Accurate, structured and quality-oriented

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with project-based work within technical environments
  • Knowledge of FAT testing, rack construction or LED wall systems
  • Experience with technical documentation and process optimization
