Our approach started with strategic choices: which screens deliver real impact? From window displays and checkout screens to FoodClub displays in key locations, every element was carefully selected for reach and effectiveness. The result is a network that not only gets noticed but also measurably contributes to SPAR’s brand and sales goals.

True innovation lies beneath the surface. Instead of relying on external players, SPAR’s network is equipped with internal players. The outcome? Easier installation, lower costs, and a sleeker screen design. No extra cables or network equipment, reduced energy consumption, and improved efficiency.
In record time, we equipped over 285 stores, completing more than 100 installations per month. Regular stores received three new displays, while 50 locations had their old screens replaced and integrated into our network. Additionally, 170 gas stations were fitted with window displays.
Our smart approach made all the difference: as many components as possible were pre-assembled at our own facilities. This allowed us to install quickly and seamlessly at SPAR locations, minimizing disruption for store owners and shoppers.
By grouping installations regionally, we optimized routes for speed and efficiency, enabling multiple installations per day. This not only reduced CO₂ emissions but also ensured smarter resource utilization.
Content is key. Together with SPAR’s marketing team, we create and manage all screen content, perfectly tailored to different store formats: from ‘highway’ and ‘city’ to ‘FoodClub’. Powered by LDSK’s advanced content management system, our content expertise and cutting-edge technology ensure the right message appears at the right place. By balancing retail media, SPAR marketing, and local content, the system maximizes the impact of every message.
This smart CMS does more than streamline processes. With advanced reporting capabilities, SPAR can monitor and optimize campaigns while maintaining centralized control. Shoppers always see the right message at the right time—smartly managed and spot-on executed.
With our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Smart Service, we keep the network in top condition around the clock. Proactive remote monitoring allows us to identify issues before they escalate into problems. Displays consistently perform at their best, and content runs flawlessly.
