What this role looks like

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a number of crucial administrative tasks within our Logistics department. You will ensure that customer stocks are processed correctly and that our systems are always up-to-date.

Your daily duties include:

  • Control and administratively process customer inventories
  • Removing disassembled hardware from the system
  • Support the logistics department with various administrative operations
  • Control, track and maintain data in the ERP system
  • Identify deviations and contribute to process improvements

In short, you make sure everything is in tip-top administrative order so that the rest of the logistics process runs smoothly.

You as a person

You are the beating heart of our logistics administration. As a team player with a proactive attitude, you are always looking for ways to do the work a little smarter or more efficiently. You work accurately and in a structured way, even when the pace is high or unexpected questions come in.

Communicatively you are strong and you switch smoothly between colleagues on the floor, suppliers and other departments. You have a problem-solving mindset: you do not see challenges as obstacles, but rather as something you like to tackle. You are able to prioritize and stay calm when several things are going on at the same time.

In short, you combine an eye for detail with keeping an overview and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same.

It’s all about (your) experience

Furthermore, we think you are ready if you can tick off this list:

  • A completed MBO education in administrative or logistics field
  • Experience with administrative work is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Good command of the Dutch language
