The journey begins in the waiting area, where visitors are immersed in the world of Kia. Captivating brand videos and impressive footage of Kia models driving through vibrant cities or peaceful landscapes set the perfect tone. Additional video content features topics such as charging, merchandise, and accessories. This isn’t just a waiting area—it’s a brand experience that inspires and excites.
Next to the hero car is the “Information Kiosk” a sleek, portrait touchscreen seamlessly integrated into a custom-made furniture piece. This interactive kiosk provides more details in-depth details about accessories, features, and customization options, helping sales representatives dive deeper into the car’s highlights. Customers can explore the display independently, but its real value lies in supporting the personal interaction between consultant and customer. It’s an intuitive, inspiring tool that supports, rather than replaces, human interaction.
A large interactive touchscreen allows customers to explore the entire Kia model portfolio, including vehicles not physically on-site. Whether in a bustling city or surrounded by nature, the visualizer places customers in diverse environments and presents the vehicles realistically. When idle, the display showcases branded content to reinforce the KIA identity, but as soon as a customer approaches, it switches seamlessly to interactive mode, making exploration intuitive and engaging.
Once the customer takes a seat in the vehicle, the next phase begins: using an iPad, the sales consultant introduces the Kia App. The iPad also provides access to the e-mobilio purchase assistant. This creates deeper brand engagement and a seamless, digital consultation experience—accessible at the tap of a finger.
Technology also enhances the service area: the Service Desk Display complements conversations with targeted content. Small but powerful—it reinforces emotional connection to the brand without distracting from the personal exchange. Customers receive seasonally relevant content, such as tire change reminders in spring and autumn or vacation check-up offers in summer.
