First Impression is growing rapidly and has an increasing number of AVenturers® in a variety of roles. Work hard, play hard
We like to work hard, but in return we like to have fun. These include Friday afternoon drinks, team outings, team weekend and, of course, our infamous Christmas party. Throughout the year, we all work hard in teams to achieve the best results. With hard work comes hard fun together (gosh; #workhardplayhard 😉 ). We believe that sharing fun and relaxation also makes for more connected and stronger teams.
Vitality
The mental and physical health of the AVenturers® is a top priority. We encourage each other to be more conscious of healthy living with challenges, sports activities and master classes. Twice a year, we organize our energizing First Fit Week, where we kick it up a notch athletically. Together with colleagues, you may discover new sports at our expense. For example, go bouldering or curling together!
For the community
First Impression sponsors charities in a variety of ways. Our AVenturers® also like to make a commitment to society. We encourage this, which is why we give you time (up to 1 working day per year) to volunteer or serve a social (good) cause. We also believe that a diverse and inclusive work environment is essential to the distinctive First culture. You may find that for religious reasons you prefer to be off on a holiday you celebrate with family and friends, rather than on a national holiday. You may then switch a national (weekday) holiday with a (weekday) holiday from your religion.
