The new business unit focuses on hotel chains that aim to stand out through experience and innovation. Not the standard hotels, but brands that invest in experience, have an international character and match perfectly with First Impression’s growth ambitions.

Two target segments

The hospitality team concentrates on two types of hotels:

  • chains with a strong focus on meetings & events
  • hotels where guest experience in public and shared spaces plays a central role

Think lobbies, rooftops, restaurants, wellness areas, gyms and event spaces. Areas where the guest journey doesn’t stop at the door. From scent at the entrance and digital signage to luxury lobbies, self-check-in, music and interactive screens in elevators.

Rolled out internationally, executed locally

First Impression has extensive experience with international rollouts in retail, fitness and leisure. Thanks to its own Smart Deployment methodology and a global network, the company delivers audiovisual solutions in multiple countries simultaneously, while maintaining control over quality, brand identity and service.

Beyond technology, the focus is on concept development and co-creation. The design is aligned with the hotel brand’s identity and positioning. Sustainability plays a key role through energy-efficient systems, remote monitoring and circular hardware.

A natural match

First Impression has been working with global retail brands such as Rituals for years. “Even our own reception and office environment feel like a luxury hotel,” says Koen Wouters, Chief Inspiration Officer. “So it’s only natural that we bring our expertise into hospitality.”

The hospitality team has a long-standing collaboration and finds the right foundation at First Impression.

“We were looking for a partner with international strength, technical continuity and a culture that fits how we work,” says Jesse Terpstra, hospitality account manager. “First Impression offers that combination and is a strategic partner for hotel brands aiming to elevate their guest experience.”
